※報告要旨集原稿の提出が締切日に間に合わなかった場合は、報告タイトルと氏名のみの空白ページとなりますので、予めご了承ください。

1．標準様式（別紙「報告要旨集原稿サンプル」参照のこと）

• Microsoft Officeワードにて作成してください。
• 「ページレイアウト」→「ページ設定」のページで、サイズをA4用紙（縦置き，横書き）に、文字数・行数を40字×40行に設定してください。
• 図表・注・参考文献リスト等の全てを含み、統一論題は4-8ページ、自由論題は4ページ以内、ワークショップは4ページ以内で原稿を作成してください。超過分は削除させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
• ページの余白を上下35mm、左右は30mmに設定してください。
• 論題（2行以内）を冒頭にMSゴシック14ポイント、中央揃えで書いてください。次の行に所属組織（大学名・企業名のみ。大学院生は大学名の後に大学院と書いてください）と氏名を右寄せ、10.5ポイントで書いてください。さらに1行空けて、本文を開始してください。
• 本文のフォントは、MS明朝（日本語）、Century（欧文）、10.5ポイントとしてください。
• 節と項分けの細目のナンバリングは、1→（1）→①の順に設定してください。節題はMSゴシック11ポイントとし、それ以下の細目は本文と同じフォント（10.5ポイント）としてください。
• 注は原稿末尾にまとめるか、ページ脚注で記載し、フォントを9ポイントとしてください。文献引用はハーバード方式も可とします。
• 参考文献一覧のフォントは9ポイントとしてください。参考文献一覧は本文から1行空けて書き始め、2行目以降は1文字下げてください。記載方法は任意といたします。
• ページ番号、ヘッダー、フッターはつけないでください。
• 原稿を英語で書く場合も、文字数、行数、ページ数、フォント等について、日本語で書く場合と同様にしてください。

2．提出ファイル形式

上記1．のとおり、Microsoft Office ワードにて作成し、ワード形式もしくはPDF形式で提出してください。PDF形式で提出する場合は、保護をかけないでください。
提出時のファイル名：「報告申込番号_報告申込者氏名」（例：JB12_見本太郎.docx、JB12_見本太郎.pdf）

4．参加登録

報告申込者は、別途、7月1日（火）開始の参加登録が必要です。報告者は報告要旨集原稿提出の他、参加登録まで行うことで初めて報告できます。

Please note that if you do not submit the final version of your abstract by the deadline, your abstract will be printed as a blank page with only the title and author's name.

1. Standard Format (see attached "Sample Abstract for the Proceedings")

• Please create the document using Microsoft Office Word.
• In the "Page Layout" tab, select "Page Setup" and set the size to A4 paper (portrait, landscape), the number of characters and lines to 40 characters x 40 lines.
• Please prepare your manuscript including all figures, tables, notes, references, etc., with the main text limited to 4-8 pages for the unifying theme, 4 pages for the free theme, and 4 pages for the workshops. Please note that any excess text will be deleted.
• Please set the page margins to 35 mm at the top and bottom, and 30 mm at the left and right.
• Please write the title (within 2 lines) at the top of the paper in MS Gothic 14 point, centered. On the next line, please write your name and affiliation (university or company name only. For graduate students, please write "graduate school" in addition to the university name), right-aligned, 10.5 point font. Please begin the main text on the next line.
• Please use MS Mincho (Japanese) and Century (European) in 10.5 point font for the main text.
• For section and subsection numbering, please use the format 1→ (1) →①. Section headings should be in MS Gothic 11 point font, and smaller headings should be in the same font as the main text (10.5 point font).
• Notes should be either collected at the end of the manuscript or included as footnotes on the page in 9-point font. Harvard style citations are acceptable.
• The font size for the list of references should be 9 point. The list of references should begin with a blank line from the main text, and the second and subsequent lines should be reduced by one character. The method of entry is at the discretion of the author.
• Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers.
• When writing the manuscript in English, please follow the same rules for the number of characters, lines, pages, font, etc. as when writing in Japanese.

2. File Format for Submission

As described in 1. above, please prepare the final version of your abstract in Microsoft Office Word and submit it in either Word or PDF format. If you submit it in PDF format, please do not apply any protection.
File name for submission: "Presentation Application Number_Applicant Name" (e.g. JB12_Sample-Taro.docx, JB12_Sample-Taro.pdf).

4. Meeting Registration

Presenters must register separately for the meeting, which begins on Tuesday, July 1. In addition to submitting the final version of the abstract, presenters must register for the meeting in order to present.
